Akuapem Poloo Filed A Notice For Appeal & Bail,Against 90-Days Jail Term

Legal team of actress Rosemond Alade Brown, socally known as Akuapem Poloo, filed an appeal opposing the 90-day jail term posed on the acress.

Their first appeal which was filed before the her verdit, of the 90-day jail term at the Appeal court was dismissed by Justice Ruby Aryeetey with the motion that, the sentence was not too excessive to call for an interference on Wednesday 1st December 2021.

Akuapem Poloo’s legal fore-front lawyer, Andrew Kudzo Vortia was on TOSH TV‘s #KEGBEADE? on saturday 4th, with host Elikplim Klu, where he revealed to file an appealof notice at the Appeal court on Monday 9th, hoping to get Akuapem Poloo released.

Akuapem Poloo’s 90–Days Jail Term: Lawyer Andrew Vortia To File For An Appeal At Court On Monday 6th December

In addition, Poloo’s Lawyer, Andrew KudzoVortia has also filed a notice of bail, for the court to discard the 90-day custoodial sentence and either replace it with non-custodial sentence or a fine.

Rosemond Alade Brown is currently serving her 90-day jail term, with her son been asssigned to a ressponsible family member.
