St. Vincent won Best Alternative Music Album for Daddy’s Home during the Grammy Premiere Ceremony earlier today (April 3) at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Conference Marquee Ballroom.
Daddy’s Home was co-produced by St. Vincent’s Annie Clark and Jack Antonoff and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Independent Albums chart. Later in the pre-show, Antonoff won the Grammy for producer of the year (non-classical).
The album won over Fleet Foxes’ Shore, Halsey’s If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power, Japanese Breakfast’s Jubilee, and Arlo Parks’ Collapsed in Sunbeams

This marks St. Vincent’s third Grammy win. Annie Clark previously won Best Alternative Music Album in 2015 for St. Vincent. She also won Best Rock Song in 2019 for ‘Masseduction’.
The group begins a summer tour June 22 at the U.K.’s Glastonbury Festival and will open a host of upcoming dates for Red Hot Chili Peppers and Roxy Music.
