Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has defended his frequent verbal tantrum with colleague musicians from neighboring country Nigeria.
The ‘1 DON’ hit-maker at one point reportedly revealed that his beef with Nigerian musicians is not unreasonable.
He added that he has no personal issue with the artists, but according to him, some of them are not following the laid-down rules in the industry.
“Even when I am beefing with Nigerians, I am doing it because of the next generation. Now everybody is getting the opportunity to visit Nigeria because, that awareness is there.”
The Dancehall star, Shatta Wale insisted on DayBreak Hitz this morning that, he does not mind going to extreme end if the outcome will change country’s music industry and for the next generations.
“I have done things even if I can’t go to Nigeria, I want to see the Black Sheriff‘s, the Medikal’s entering there now.
This is because we now see Nigeria as our America, so we must get the Nigerian’s attention that’s is why I have sacrifice my life for the industry.”
