As CNN’s Anderson Cooper howled with laughter in the background, Snoop Dogg rattled off a list of all the locations where he’s gotten high.

Snoop’s admission that he had smoked marijuana in public places like the White House, the CNN headquarters in Hollywood, the Oscars, an NFL game, and the DMV left Cooper, who was by this time very intoxicated, unable to control his laughter.
